Searching for Relatives September 3, 2019 by jmbow301 Leave a Comment I am a descendant of Sarah Bowman (Cherokee) – from Surry County, NC. Sarah Bowman was born in 1845 and had one son (Father unknown) whom she named Marshall. Marshall was born in 1861 when Sarah was only sixteen years of age.
