Hello, I am inquiring about the relationship, if there is one, of George Washington Starr (1806-1880) to James McMinn Starr (1896-1845). Every site I find claims that James is his father. However, the birth years do not commute. James is also a Cherokee, so I am interested to see if George is as well.
