My family history has been hard to track down, my dad’s side of the family has Cherokee Indian in their family but we know very little, I have done some research and a DNA test and it has shown that Barfield Hisaw-Hussey and Miranda Chisohlm are my 3rd great grandparents. I have tried finding more information about Miranda but it seems to come to dead end.

I was doing my boyfriend’s ancestry and he’s also related to Barfield and Miranda. His great grandmother Lula Mae Smith was their daughter.
So it’s spelled Chisholm not Chisom?
Sorry Lula was a granddaughter her mother was Martha A Hussey Burton.
