I am searching for my true Carey genealogy. What I have Steven Carey, Jackson Carey 1908, Anderson Carey 1872, Jackson 1833, John E Carey 1795, James Carey “Chicken Cock” 1770. James had a few children and was possibly married to, Eliza Chisholm, Kate Daughtery and Nancy Phesant :TooStoo. I have found both Chicken Cock and TooStoo on a Trail of Tears list. I am very new to this and I’m looking for any help with finding true documentation of my true Carey genealogy. Any help would be appreciated. Jenifer
