I’m looking for anyone who might be researching William Joe Martin (03 Feb 1817-24 Sep 1893) and Elizabeth Ellen Collins (30 Sep 1823-02 Nov 1888) from York Co. SC. They moved to Gilmer Georgia then to Jack Co. TX. I am researching their native American roots. Family says they are Cherokee but I cannot find them on rolls.
