Looking for the parents of Israel J. WARD who married Minerva PETTIT on 18 Aug. 1856 in Indian Territory, Cherokee Nation. They had one son – William Whitfield WARD b. 27 May 1856 in Indian Territory Cherokee Nation Oklahoma. William Whitfield WARD appears on Cherokee rolls – app. # 4668 and 4669.
