Are you talking about Charles Napoleon Bonaparte Tankersley, of Nukolsville, GA? If so, I am a relative. My grandfather was Dudley Tankersley, whose father was Charlie Tankersley, son of Bony Tank and Elizabeth Lowe, his first wife (and sister of his second.)
