I’m looking for information about the parents of my 4th great-grandmother, Saleta Red Fox. From what I can gather, she was born in about 1760, married Elijah Goodson (who was born in North Carolina, and died in Georgia), and had one daughter, Sarah Goodson Price (also born in Buncombe, NC and married to Charles Price). It seems likely that Saleta met and married Elijah in NC, since their daughter was born there. I have hit a dead end everywhere I’ve looked, so I’m hoping someone here has information.
