my gg grandmother was full blooded Cherokee her native name was Morningstar I’m trying to get information on her all I know about her is that when government took there land she escaped the camps in North Carolina they were being sent to and made it to South Carolina where she married my gg grandfather John Boone any information would be helpful her name was Frances Boone

      Also we only know my great grandmother’s English name.. she was in or around south carolina and I just found that maybe her husband’s name was Ted Jackson? Finding his info is my next project. Ada had a son named William “bill” dailey jackson , maybe other children. She was very short and dark tan which is all my daddy remembers
