I’m looking for the parents of John Baptist Henson born in Tennessee in 1826. John ended up in Arkansas. There are Henson family name listed with the Cherokee Nation. I’m wondering if John could have possibly been moved from Tennessee when he was 10-12 years old during the Trail of Tears. Any suggestions for follow up on his ancestors would be greatly appreciated.
