Looking for information on my Great Grandmother who went by Mary Hunter. She was a little girl who walked with her family on the Trail of Tears. they stopped when they go to the Mississippi river in Missouri. They resided in the hill of Missouri around Bowling Green, Hannibal, New London, and surrounding area. Would like to try and find more information on her. She was married several times and it was either her first husband or second husband (a Cherokee Indian man) was killed in a bar fight, after he was stabbed. She had a Daughter, my Grandmother, named Francis (Reasor/then Resor was the last name I always knew for Francis). Francis later married Bill Montgomery and lived in Kansas. I would like to find more information on Mary Hunter.
