Golden and Sixkiller

February 28, 2022 by jackson10498 1 Comment

I’m stuck at Eliza Sixkiller(mother?) and Elsie Golden(daughter?). Anyone have any information on the Sixkiller, Golden or Starr family’s around Tennessee and Georgia, or possibly died on the trail of tears near Oklahoma?

Sequoya birthed Eyagu Gist who married George Starr their union produced Elizabeth Starr (Elsie) whose name is listed in Thomas (son of Margaret Graham nee Golden) Graham’s Guillon Miller application. Thomas lived until death in Seneca (Newton County) Missouri. George Starr and Jacob Chaske Golden both died in Newton County in 1855.
Chaske’s son with Elizabeth (Elsie) William Golden passed in Raccine (Newton County). The connection to RedBird and John Smith Sixkiller is tied into their intermarriage with Sequoya’s kin.
William Golden was Sequoya’s great grandson.
Hope that helps you cuz. And let me assure you nobody in the Nation can disprove it, (but they don’t have to) time has moved on. Just enjoy knowing you are Sequoya’s eight great grandson as I do. Learn about him and celebrate his contribution to The Nation. Wado cuz-Till we meet again.
