Cherokee Adams Family

October 27, 2017 by SeanM88 1 Comment

I have a 4th great-grandmother, Charity Adams, who was born in 1783 in either North Carolina or Kentucky. Her father’s name was William Adams, and her mother’s name is unknown. Charity claimed to be an orphan when she married in 1800 to John Bly, and that her guardian was said to be William Stringer, even though no guardian papers have been found. Any information will be appreciated. Thank you. – Sean Morrissey
