I am also researching a GGG grandmother, specifically Saphrony Turner Wallace who was adopted by a Turner family who lived in Roll, OK at one time.. I am also starting to look for information about her sister, Martha. I found the two of them on the 1880 census in Young, Texas with Nancy Turner (mom, widowed). I also found a Martha Turner on a Cherokee roll who matches the same time period and area (Roll, OK). Please let me know if you are looking for any of these people. Thanks!
