Seeking information on Casper Lee Thompson. Posting on this board by Diane Bennett in 2007 indicated that Casper’s father or grandfather might have been full Cherokee. In the 1940 Census, Casper is married to Doris Birckhead and they have a daughter, Constance Marie “Lottie” Thompson, living in Washington, D.C. Two years later, Casper served in
