Carr September 14, 2016 by bigoepperson Leave a Comment My Grandmother was from Arkansas. Her maiden name was Carr or Karr, I have seen both. She has told me we are Black dutch, Welsh, Irish and Swedish. Is there any Cherokee history or her maiden name?
